It can take a lot of time to manage all of the events going on at your church! We want to make it as quick and easy as possible to accomplish what you need to in Calendar, which is why we’ve just added a universal search to quickly find for events, rooms, resources, people, or forms. This search functionality is already popular in some of our other products, and we’re so excited to bring it to Calendar as well!
Next time you’re in Calendar, you’ll notice a search icon in the upper right corner of the product. Searching is simple - click to activate the search bar (or press the “/” key on your keyboard), then type in the name of the event, room, resource, person, or form that you’re looking for.
You can search by the following fields:
- Event name
- Room name
- Resource name
- Person name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Form name
