Common Event Templates

With event templates, you can simplify event creation by applying templates with the rooms and resources needed for specific events. Learn how to create some common event templates below to gain experience in how templates work and reduce time spent creating events. Customize your own to suit your needs best!

Weddings and Funerals

Weddings and funerals usually need specific resources, such as tablecloths or video equipment. Set up a template with these details to save time with each new event.

Small Group Meetings

You can set up one or several templates for the various kinds of small group meetings that your building might be used for. Here's a sample for a group under 10:

Programs Requiring Multiple Rooms
