Once you create an event, you can request any rooms and resources needed for the event.
Click Edit to begin searching for rooms and resources.
Search or browse for the room or resource, and then enter the necessary information to give the approvers enough information to approve your request.
After you add the rooms you need, you can use the handles to drag them to be shown on the kiosk in a specific order.
Once you've added all the necessary information, Save changes to send requests to the approval groups.
If the number of resources requested becomes more than the quantity available, the event owner and managers will receive an email.
You can keep track of your event's status using the month view of the Calendar tab. When an event is pending approval, it will be highlighted in yellow. If a room or resource you requested was rejected, the event will be highlighted in red. A non-highlighted event indicates it has been fully approved.
You will also receive an email once your event has been approved or rejected.
Once your event is approved, display it on a kiosk or share it on your website!
